01 · Conversational assistant
More than an answer: a reviewable next step
Describe a question, source material, or task in natural language. The assistant can summarize the context and prepare an editable note or automation draft.

Connection boundaryThe assistant requires a configured AI service, available account usage, and a network connection. Conversation history currently stays in the browser in use and is not promised as cross-device history.
02 · Markdown notes
Write locally first, even before the network returns
Note and folder changes first reach the browser's local database. Use headings, lists, task lists, quotes, code, links, and other Markdown formatting.

- An idea arrives on an unreliable connection and you cannot afford to lose the edit.
- Product behavior
- Echo saves locally, keeps core editing available offline, and processes pending sync operations when a connection returns.
- Your result
- Your writing flow continues, with separate local save, syncing, synced, offline, and failure states.
03 · AI organization
Inspect the whole plan and approve item by item
Classify a single note or select a batch of up to 100. AI proposes a plan first, and only approved items are applied atomically to local content.

- Notes need structure, but a broad, irreversible AI rewrite would be too risky.
- Product behavior
- Echo shows current and proposed folders, progress, and failures, with partial acceptance and failed-batch retry.
- Your result
- The scope stays visible, and the latest supported classification can be undone when no content conflict exists.
04 · Cloud automations
Schedule, run, delivery, and audit stay visible
In deployments where the cloud task service is enabled, configure approved public sources, schedules, and conditions. The server runs active tasks independently of the open browser.

- You need to check public information regularly without keeping a tab open or repeating the same steps.
- Product behavior
- Echo shows the next run and supports pause, resume, run now, and versioned edits while recording run, in-app delivery, and audit events.
- Your result
- You can see when the task ran, what it produced, and how its configuration changed.
Availability boundaryThis capability depends on the deployment operator enabling the task control plane. Current public claims cover in-app result tracking, not real email delivery. The automation console is read-only offline.
